The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1,

By striking the enacting section and inserting a new enacting section to read as follows:

“That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new article, designated §16-5Z-1, §16-5Z-2, §16-5Z-3, §16-5Z-4 and §16-5Z-5, all to read as follows:”

And,

On page 3, line 20 by inserting a new subdivision (7) to read as follows, “(7) A physical therapist;” and renumbering the remaining subdivisions;

On page 3, by inserting a new subdivision (2) to read as follows, “(2) Consult with a quality improvement organization;”

And,

Renumbering the remaining subdivisions accordingly.

And,

On page 4, by striking section 5, and renumbering the remaining sections accordingly.
